I recommend the tech working on this Vehicles to start Communicating with the service techs. Has an issue with my truck yesterday in my opinion. My truck needed a new battery and the techs working on my truck could have talk with the service Advisor and see if I wanted to change while it was still in the shop. Instead they waited until I was about to checkout to tell me I needed a new battery and had to take my truck back to the shop area again. Other than that issue my experience was good.
