2025 Ford Explorer Active 4WD (PL535)

Last year I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid EX (in the beautiful Vesta Blue color and the navy/gray interior) and need to tell you about my experience. My husband had done tons of research and we decided it was the vehicle for us. He contacted Austin at Sunbury Kia and a wonderful experience began. My husband is disabled and could not attend anything at the dealer, but had several conversations via phone with Austin. He asked him to take care of me like I was one of his family. Austin got the assignment! We were coming off a lease and Austin took care of everything in that regard for us. He was able to order the vehicle and we didn’t have to wait long for delivery. He did an outstanding job on the money part as well as taking care of everything needed for the purchase. I, in no way, want to slight any of the salespeople at Sunbury Kia, but, Austin was AMAZING! I cannot speak more highly of him and our buying experience. I love my vehicle and absolutely could not be more pleased with the sales process and Austin! Please have no reservations about this dealership and Austin. He’s that good!

My experience here was absolutely fantastic. Kyle was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable and was not pushy in any way. He answered any question i had through text and kept me informed on everything, very convenient! It was so nice. The process of buying our vehicle was so quick and smooth as well. From the salesman to the finance department it was wonderful. I have been and will continue to tell people about my experience!

Honestly, you can not get better customer service, honesty, no pressure sales anywhere! Austin made us fell like family thru the entire process! Even the sales paperwork signing was an enjoyable experience! This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased here and will be back again!
