We had a great experience at Village Ford. They offered a high quality of used vehicles. Everyone with whom we interacted was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After my sister and daughter both had such great experiences with their new car purchases I walked onto the used lot to take a closer look at a vehicle that I applied for online. I was greeted by Stephen who was extremely patient and helpful, but not pushy. I had been to 3 separate dealerships and was never even greeted at any of them. He showed me several cars that fell within what I was looking for, without going over my budget. I ultimately didn’t go with the one I was there for originally, an Escape, instead opting for a Bronco Sport. I went in on a Tuesday after 5pm and Wednesday at 5pm I was driving off the lot. I have to say that this was the best and easiest car purchase that I’ve ever had. Very highly recommend.
