2025 Ford Explorer Active 4WD (PL535)

Nicholas Mingione was the person who helped me. Although I'm a bit late to the review, I've been waiting to see for anything bad to go with the car. I drove 3 hrs from Cincinnati to see it in person until 1/3 of the way he contacted me & waited for me if the car was still there by the time I got there. I've bought a car before at an Audi dealership so the process was still smooth here as well. Replacing my 2018 Audi A4 that I lost in January, this Metallic Green 2023 Audi A4 caught my eye. I came in pre approved which my loan, went smooth with no needing to check my credit or anything. I test drove it & felt great as my old car. When moving into the office for the final steps, I initial while he called the credit union until we ran into some trouble. Eventually it was sorted out & he continued the process with a few more steps , out the door I was within 3 hrs with my new vehicle. The one thing I will say is that on the wall they have a plaque of not being pushy to pressure the customer to get something but even though his job is to upsell me, which I understand. After owning the vehicle for 2 months since February to April as of now, there were defects on the vehicle as the window wouldn't roll down or get stop. Some minor paint scratches & the upholstery on the passenger sides near the window were peeling off. Looking back at it, I think of Price Pros as a CarMax, no haggle on price, up selling & selling a car as is. Regardless, the process was smooth for me, I went in knowing what car I wanted online & cargurus. (Windows weren't tinted , post pics after tint)

I bought a Volkswagen ID4 and it was the easiest process at Price Pro. They have a great selection of cars and trucks. Nick M was awesome and made everything easy as possible. Would recommend to all my friends.

I had an amazing experience with Z Mehdi today. I saw the vehicle on line that I was interested in. When I called in the morning he got the vehicle charged and ready. I drove down two hours to see it. He walked me through the process beautifully! He was able to get me a better rate and terms than my credit union and I bought it right then! Easy and straight forward on everything. I highly recommend!
