On April 25, I visited Gossit Mitsubishi after conducting thorough research on a new vehicle. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Terenika Russell, a salesperson at the dealership. I informed her that I was interested in exploring one of my options for a new car. She inquired about my preferences and proceeded to present me with various choices. Our interaction was pleasant, prompting me to return on Saturday for a test drive of an ES Outlander. Prior to my scheduled test drive, Terenika contacted me on Friday to inform me that she had identified the perfect vehicle for me. When I arrived on Saturday, I test drove the ES model before being presented with the Outlander, which Terenika believed would suit my needs perfectly. She was indeed correct, as the vehicle met all my requirements and expectations. Her attentive listening skills and ability to match me with a suitable option were commendable. I initiated the process to purchase a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL Black Edition. I specifically requested that Hosea assist me with the financing, as I had read positive reviews about his customer service on Google. Terenika arranged for Hosea to handle my financing while my car was being detailed. However, Mr. Moses initially approached me for assistance with financing, despite my preference for Hosea based on his reputation. I politely declined Mr. Moses' assistance and waited for Hosea to attend to me. My patience was rewarded, as Hosea demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy. He provided detailed explanations without pressuring me to purchase unnecessary items. His informative approach empowered me to make an informed decision regarding my purchase. Overall, my experience at Gossit Mitsubishi was highly satisfactory. I would confidently recommend Terenika and Hosea to anyone in search of a new vehicle.
