2026 Ford Explorer Active 4WD

While traveling from New Jersey to Toronto, we had a charging malfunction with our EV. Williams Ford and the entire service team went up and beyond to accommodate us. Everything from offering drinks, explaIning the progress to shuttling us to a local eating establishment. Everyone was extremely friendly like old friends. The needed part could not be acquired for a day or 2. It was recommended that we slowly recharge our vehicle and get it home to our local dealer which we did. The best experience! My car was towed in on Friday and by Monday afternoon I got the call all work was completed! I was kept updated throughout the entire experience and left with my car driving 100% better than before the issue occurred!! HUGE Shout out to Pat for everything!!!! 10/10 service! Highly recommend!
