?It has been a long time since i felt i had gotten above average service from any of the many ford dealers i have visited during my travels. And still not only was your service above average it was outstanding. Vanessa was neither pushy or arrogant but rater explained my options each step of the way offering excellent alternatives. As long as my bronco remains in the New York area, your's will be my dealer of choice. I appreciated the pick up and delivery options, the leave it and we will see that it gets taken care of everything, including sending it out for detailing - coming from Alaska and the West Coast i had no idea i was providing aid and comfort to the local rat community. But Vanessa was very helpful with ways to address this. I highly recommend this dealership's services whether your in any of the boroughs
