2025 Ford Explorer Active 4WD (PL535)

Purchased my first new to me car here and the experience was wonderful! As we pulled in Chris Payne was about to walk inside so we all kinda met by fate and he made the process painless and quick. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Drove home in a car I have been looking for for months. We will definitely be choosing them for our next vehicle when the time comes. Arrived before they opened on 1-27 not really sure exactly what I wanted, but knew what I didn’t. Reached out to Aaron Bilby and let him know I was at the lot. He hadn’t made it to work yet, but had one of the other employees show me a vehicle. It was a great truck, but I knew it was out of my price window. When Aaron arrived, we tried several other vehicles that for one reason or another just weren’t right. We settled on a 21 Escape that was an excellent compromise between what I was looking for and what worked financially. The entire team was really supportive of us thru the entire process. All the personnel that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The sales lady, Morgan, that I dealt with did a great job, getting some items installed went smoothly with service. Great dealership to visit and work with. Thank you to everyone.
