2025 Ford Explorer ST-LINE 4WD (PL535)

Most won’t take the time to leave a review and feedback unless they’re upset. That’s not me. I needed a simple oil change and tire rotation. I’m in Columbia often so I checked with McCosh first (on 5/17) only to find out that the soonest they could get me in for service was 6/5… nearly 3 weeks later! So I called Poage (on 5/17) and they had me scheduled for Friday (5/19) of the same week! I always wait at the dealership for my service and my appt. Was for 2pm. I expected to wait 2-3 hours, as that was about standard for McCosh (even after scheduling 2-3 weeks in advance). To my surprise, I was in and out of Poage in less than an hour! Having been a customer with McCosh since the Perry Chevrolet days, it’s bitter sweet to have made the decision to move my business to Poage!

The service department staff are always very friendly and helpful. They offer rides to and from home so you don’t have to sit and wait for your vehicle however their waiting area is very nice and comfortable should you want to wait. I recently got an oil change and tires rotated and the total bill was as cheap or cheaper than other places in town that I had previously visited.
