I purchased my vehicle the end of January, during the sales process there were a few hiccups. Which, (thankfully) were finally settled. I noticed my vehicle didn't come with Android Audio but Apple Play, welp no biggie, until I found out that the Bluetooth connection was unstable and was constantly cutting in and out. The music sounded choppy and broken; which does Not make for a pleasant experience overall. I purchased a certified vehicle with a remaining warranty intact. I've been to the service center 3 times and everyone has been nice about assisting me. Unfortunately, the issue is still present. I spoke with a manger and he was curt and sharp in his tone ; and advised me that the Bluetooth not working is a "known issue" and he began mentioning different mid cities that were affected without really understanding the issue nor the amount of time I'd invested in driving back and forth to the dealership trying every option and working with the service team to rectify the issue. The manager mentioned the Bluetooth issue was a "known issue" ---- I'm not sure who it was known to, as I don't work for the company and that information was not disclosed to me before purchasing the vehicle. Ergo, I'm waiting for a call back from the Director of service Mr Curtis R. I'd love to see if Lexus comes through and makes things right, especially given the other glowing reviews listed and their sparkling reputation. ********UPDATE*********** I definitely believe that an update on my review is in order! I was contacted by The Director of Service Mr. Curtis and he did indeed follow up to rectify my issue. Bought my first Lexus at Sewell Lexus of Ft Worth. The process was smooth and easy! I inquired online about the NX 250 that was in transit to the dealership and they got in contact with me. Our salesman was Daniel Irizarry. He was great from beginning to end! Extremely professional, knowledgeable about all things Lexus and most of all NOT your typical “pressuring salesman”. I never felt pressured to get anything added on to my car. I loved how we worked with one person (Daniel) from beginning to end and there was no trip to meet another stranger at the finance office.
