2025 Ford Explorer ST 4WD (PL535)

We just traveled 6 hours to buy a used 2016 4Runner from Jim Burke Ford. Rick Robles knew we were coming and he had everything ready for us. Paper work, car detailed, filled with gas and awesome customer service upon arrival. Rick made us feel so comfortable from start to finish and kept every promise he made. We hit a speed bump with financing even though we were pre approved from our bank but that didn’t phase Rick and his team one bit they got us financing no problem for the same we were going to get from our bank. The whole experience was just so awesome after going through a lemon law for two years prior to this, this was such a breath of fresh air to have such a great interaction with a dealership. My experience here was too notch. I don’t live anywhere near Bakersfield and took a train 5 hours to get there. I never felt pressured into anything and the entire staff made my car buying experience amazing. Tim and Jarret were wonderful to work with in sales, and Juan in finance was awesome!
