2025 Ford Explorer ST 4WD (PL535)

Fantastic experience buying our Hyundai Palisade from Preston. Easy negotiations with transparent, clear pricing and none of the gamesmanship present at many other dealers. The whole dealership, soup to nuts, is well-organized, efficient, and easy to deal with. Art Blann was our salesperson and he was wonderful. Jennifer, the Financing Manager, was too. When one of us needed to stop by to sign a couple additional forms for MVA, Art greeted us at the door with the paperwork in hand. The whole process was quick and efficient and nobody wasted our time. We were also really happy to buy from a dealer that supports so many important charitable causes on the Eastern Shore. We could not be happier with our experience and we will be back!!!

This is my first purchase from Preston Hyundai and Ryan Walker. As I live a distance from the dealership, Ryan was very helpful and accommodating in doing as much as possible via emails and phone calls in order to assemble a proposal that was acceptable, and 'mutual beneficial', to all parties. All that remained was a 'test drive' and signing the contract. In all honesty, it was one of the best experiences I've had in buying a new vehicle. No 'hard sell' or intimidation tactics; just an orderly and easy negotiation process.

it's the second time I have bought a vehicle from Preston and Gregory Rohman has always been the one that took care of me and made the deal happen and both times he has made it as painless and quick as possible because I have a ton of time constraints. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he picked out two and sent me pics, I chose the color, he sent me the credit app, you guys had me approved before I even got to Preston. I came the next day, at 130pm took a drive in the vehicle by the time we got back from the drive finance was ready for me i signed and was done in 2 hours . made me very happy.
