Great experience working with Jake. The dealer was willing to give me an offer on my trade in over the phone by viewing pictures I had sent them since we live 5 hours away. We had the deal pretty much done over the phone, and when we got to the dealer we took the XT5 for a test drive to make sure it was indeed the right vehicle fpr us (it was). Signed papers, and done deal! Great experience!
