I had an amazing experience with T.J.! He was incredibly obliging in helping me find a car in my budget. He wasn’t pushy for me to buy something I couldn’t afford, and only provided options that would be a good match for me based on what I told him I was looking for. We ended up going over what I originally planned on paying for a vehicle, but we still managed to get the monthly payment UNDER my budget amount. The customer service was top-notch, and the Toyota Camry I purchased has exceeded my expectations. The car had a few dents and a cracked windshield which they got fixed same day. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality cars and excellent service.

My experience at Tom Wood Ford has been nothing short of amazing. Specifically, my experience with Cherie Berry-Lamaster in Sales. I was having a ton of trouble with my 2021 Bronco Sport, which was the first of its kind, so I should’ve anticipated all of these issues. My lease was approaching its end in June. I had originally planned to buy out the lease anyway, so I went way over my allotted mileage. However, after replacing the alternator, the battery, and the fuse box, the car was still stalling on me. I work in surgery and can be called to a case anywhere in Indiana at any given moment, so I knew I needed a more reliable vehicle. I knew I would owe a ton of money (almost $6,000) due to how far over mileage I was on the lease. I also knew I couldn’t afford it. Cherie did everything in her power to get me the ABSOLUTE BEST possible deal on a brand new 2024 Ford Escape - which I drove off the lot that same day. She searched for every possible discount, deal, and price reduction, and made sure she matched my monthly budget with a vehicle I had known to be historically reliable. Cherie even figured out a way to make that daunting over mileage fee disappear. I was in and out of that dealership in roughly 2 hours, thanks to Cherie and all of her hard work. She took the time to get to know me and my situation personally. The empathy and compassion that woman showed me is more than I’ve seen from my own family members - all of whom are also car salespeople. Needless to say, I will ONLY be leasing or purchasing from Cherie and Tom Wood Ford from now on!!
