Arrived for oil change and tire rotation. The service tech couldn't start the car so they checked the battery. Found it was low (5 years old). We replaced the battery too. Our Rep, John George, kept us informed of the entire process and how much it would cost. He also recommended the cabin and engine filter, but we will do that next time.
I recently purchased an Altima from Brandon Nissan and wanted to share my experience in case you are unsure which dealership to choose. I worked with Marcus as my sales person who was hilarious, passionate about helping people, and not pushy at all. I did have an issue with the original vehicle I pulled off the lot with so when I reached out to him, and he assured me they would take care of it. I ended up choosing a different vehicle which allowed me to work with additional individuals such as the Sales Manager, Jose. Jose was very kind and worked with Marcus and I to get me in my new vehicle. I also worked with Mohamed (Mo), the finance manager. We got off on the wrong foot initially, everyone has a bad day, but he ended up being super friendly and apologized after I expressed my concern (which goes a long way with me). When I picked up my car from final inspection, Manger Trey and Isaiah helped by switching my tag over and making sure I was all good to go - they were both super pleasant as well and worked to try to assist me quickly. Ms. Kelly at the front desk is such a sweetheart. She was very friendly every time I went there and while waiting I was able to see her interact with a mom and her young child. She made sure the child had something to entertain themselves and provided them with a small toy - such a caring gesture. Overall I could tell the culture at this dealership was amazing. Everyone was friendly and greeted you as they walked past and cared about their customers. I will recommend my friends and family to shop here as well as return in the future if I find myself in the market for another vehicle.
Absolutely recommend the service department. I have owned a variety of cars from the local dealers- this is hands down the best experience each time. Sali is amazing- definitely going above and beyond. The mechanics are also amazing. They have parts on hand anytime we’ve needed them or get them quickly. Really nothing negative to say what so ever. Definitely makes me want to continue doing business with Nissan.
