We bought a 2010 Chevy equinox, & had some health issues with my son who has been in children’s hospital for couple weeks they were VERY understanding, also worked with me on my late payment. I must say I'm very impressed on how promptly my inquiry and questions I had was answered via email.. very truthful and honest.. he did mention a service called Lemon Quad in which is an amazing service very convenient and affordable this service will go to the location in which the vehicle your interested in to purchase is at. They'll do a fell inspection and send you a report after everything is completed.. i wish I could attach my report how detailed and thorough it was. With photos included.. it give me the peace of mind on what I'm interested in purchasing. Besides that Bruce Kirkhams Auto World has given me the faith that I can trust them on my purchases. They made me feel welcome. And that I wasn't just a car sale to them. And I truly thank you. Thank you for your time and amazing experience. Great buying experience. When I first checked out our car, owner told me to test drive it all the way to my house and show it to my wife. And he gave me cash to put gas in the car as well. I test drove it 30 mins away and 30 mins back. Purchase process was easy, pretty good explanation of contract. The car has been great. We are super happy and it was exactly what we wanted for our family. And to top it off, months later, they still remember my name! I hadn't talked to them in a couple of months except for quickly over the phone for payment, and I went in the other day and as soon as I mentioned my car the guy knew who I was. I think that's awesome! We did in house finance and couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!
