Overall we had a pleasant experience. Bailey White was our sales rep. Bailey was professional & respectful. Even the finance manager was professional & respectful as well. We bought a used 2017 F350 from them. It was a stress free, hassle free, & no pressure experience. I already had my financing in order through my credit union. They had the truck I was looking for. After the test drive, I inspected the truck thoroughly. There were a few minor things with the truck after all is used. However, I brought it to their attention & told them to come down on the price & give me their best price. Came back to me within $300 of the price in my head. I was impressed. Felt like a very honest fair price. Didn't even need to negotiate & they didn't even give the normal car dealer garbage. I said deal & wrote the check. We're very happy customers
