2005 Ford Explorer XLS Auto

Thank you Ricky and Jay! We bought my daughter's first car from these guys. The experience was beyond expectations. After a couple of weeks of shopping around, we found what we were looking for at Ricky Stapleton's. My husband and I made the trip from Yukon, OK and took a test drive with Jay. The car was exactly as listed on the website. The detail and cleanliness of the vehicle was better than anywhere we had been previously. We were sold. When it came time to pick up the car, I wanted my daughter to drive it home (I knew she'd approve). So we all drove back out to pick it up. Jay and Ricky were right at the he door when we showed up. They kind of nodded my way, but went right up to Hannah, shook her hand, congratulated her, presented her the the keys to her new can and even presented her with some car maintenance tips. The experience was so awesome!

Bought a 2002 Ford Ranger with Dave, great to work with. Had the pickup a couple days and had some mechanical issues, spoke with Dave and Ricky both n regards to the issues and Ricky covered half the repair cost. They are honest people at this car lot.
