I had a fantastic experience yesterday when buying my new truck. I spoke on the phone around lunch time to schedule a test drive and Chris was able to fit me in on the same day. After the test we agreed on a price and Myles got me settled on financing. The entire process took three hours with a little issue on my part with insurance. Chris seemed very knowledgeable about the trucks features and the whole car buying process. I didn't feel overly pressured him or the financing department. After all my paperwork was signed, they had the techs give it a quick detail and I was on the road!
