2004 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0 4x4

Best service I've received from a dealership!!!!! I had car dropped off Monday morning by Triangle towing which they picked me up Friday after breaking down. Bud and Ronnie looked at it and stated I needed a new engine. Triangle towing also I give praise to. Logan from Piney River contacted me first thing Monday morning and I told him what happened so by 11:00 he contacted me again stating the problem and had a new engine on the way. I had my youngest son in St. Louis and needed his car to start chiropractic college in couple of weeks. Logan contacted me again on Wednesday morning stating they received the engine and should have it done by Friday hopefully. Logan called Friday and said everything is good. Logan made it happen from diagnosis and engine installed that's insane!!!!!!!!! Piney River is blessed to have such a caring and understanding employee and get things done. THANK YOU LOGAN!!
