2004 Ford Explorer Limited 4.6 4x4

I am so happy with my experience at Oxendale. To be honest, I was very nervous about buying a car. I had a terrible experience about two years ago at another dealership and have been avoiding getting a new car. The customer service at Oxendale was great. They listened to what I wanted and didn't pressure me into more expensive vehicles. All of the employees were very friendly. I drove away in my new car with a smile????

On a cross country road trip and even though my oil life was at 40% we’ve already gone over 7k miles and my personal worrying nature got me to stop for an oil change anyway for peace of mind before the next 3k miles we had on our trip back home to NYC. This business is a class act: quick, honest, funny, and they were kind to our dog who was tired from the heat. Price was way better than what I would’ve paid at home, and we got a fun story in the great town of Winslow, AZ! We’ll be back for sure!

Thomas in service is a total hero. My family got stranded in Winslow (great town BTW) and Thomas came over to the next parking lot and checked out my car. After diagnosing the problem, no compression and most likely valve damage, I said I will get a car caddy to tow, but my brakes on the RV are now bad on the right rear. He said he would make time for me whenever I could get the rv in, and I knew he was swamped with work. The next day I got the brake pads and he got me in and switched them out on the dual rear wheel in less than 15 minutes. I asked how much to pay and he said, " not necessary, you guys have been through a lot, glad to help." I was blown away with what a class act Thomas is and highly recommend service at Oxendale.
