Recommend you do business here! I didn’t purchase a vehicle, but I received the most helpful customer service in a time of need. I broke down during a cross country trip. I called this dealership since I was about 10-15 minutes away from it right when they were going to close. They said they wouldn’t be able to fix it, but they can definitely take a look at it at least prior to closing. My vehicle died (engine issue) in their parking lot as I turned into the driveway. They were able to get it into the service bay, gave me all the advice they could considering I had to keep going and they couldn’t get the parts I needed for at least a few weeks. Recommended I go to a tow service they work with and as I was about to follow one of the employees of the lot, my vehicle turned off again unfortunately for good. The whole team came out and pushed my vehicle back into a parking stop on their lot. Thanks to their help and guidance I was able to get back on the road the next day. Thank you, I really appreciate it. I was in need of help and you guys went above in beyond ????????

Great doing business with Lipscomb down in Sayre! They were super fast to deal with. Told me the out the door price before I got there and stuck to it! Rusty and Breanna were great to deal with in the sale and answered all questions I had. Brittany in finance was great to deal with as well! Best dealership I’ve ever been to. Rusty was an amazing salesperson. He wasn’t like one of those salesmen who didn’t care how happy you were in a vehicle they just want the sale. He genuinely felt like he cared and wanted to make sure you were happy with your purchase. Brittany in financing was amazing!! She was very helpful and sweet. She put a smile on my face a lot. She was great at explaining things and very patient. Definitely will go back in the future.
