Brian has to be the top sales rep! I have purchased close to 15 trucks over the years and Brian and his commitment to the individual customer has been unmatched. Long story short, Brian sacrificed his personal time off the clock to stay after hours and made himself available so I can come load my original vehicle on a trailer. In a snow storm by the way!! I purchased a truck from Lenz truck center and had to return a few days later to pick up my other vehicle. Brian’s professionalism and devotion to the customer was incredible through the entire process. I would do business with Lenz trucks and specifically Brian if you are in the market for a new truck. Enjoyed my experience with Lenz. I'm out of state and wasn't able to come check the vehicle out in person. The many pictures online were very helpful and Zach V. sent me a video and also under carriage pictures. We were able to get the deal done within a couple of hours. The truck was in outstanding shape and was already cleaned up nicely. With their large inventory of F250's I plan on shopping here again.

I had a very pleasant experience both trading in my old vehicle and purchasing my new one. Both my trade in offer and the price new truck were both fair. I was offered reasonable financing considering the current economy, but was able to use my own bank no problems. My salesman Jacob was very courteous and professional and helped me through the process the whole way and on short notice. Bought a used 2022 Chevy 2500 and Zach was very helpful through the entire process. His communication with me was excellent, even responded to calls and texts on his days off or after hours. After my purchase I wanted a spare key and fob which Zach had Lenz pay for in full! $500.00 I was really happy about that. I also had a slight issue with the tires being unbalanced which I noticed after getting home but when I mentioned it to Zach he got me in contact with the service manager. I worked with Shannon, the service manager. She was very friendly and was able to help get my tires balanced. They offered to do it for free but I live an hour away and didn’t want to drive all that way. Shannon was able to mail me a check as payment to get my tires balanced at a local shop! That was very helpful. Overall great experience and I highly recommend this place. Communication, friendly, and very good customer service all around.
