From start to finish this sales experience was amazing! I came in to see a vehicle I had seen online which fit my needs perfectly, there was no hassle or any pressure to look at or consider any other cars so we were able to focus on what was most important, getting me into the van. He was helpful and thorough throughout the entire process and even tho I had prequalified for a loan somewhere else he introduced me to another banker who was able to get me a significantly lower rate. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this experience and I will be returning for all my future used car needs.

I bought a Transit Van from One Stop Auto Mall in March 2023. Allen was quite helpful! He didn't present with the "salesy," sketchy or pushy approach like so many dealers present with when you shop. He seemed sincere, forthcoming, honest and genuine. The entire sales process was easy, convenient, and straightforward. No gimmicks. I had read other reviews on Google shortly before we arrived regarding One Stop Auto Mall and those were very positive, which was one of the reasons we stopped in. As a female buyer of a large van/bus that is to be used for commercial purposes, I was nervous about being talked down to or "mansplained." Allen did neither. He was professional and showed interest in not just the sale, but about me/my business as well. I wish more men in this industry would realize that their heavy, overbearing presence, "advice" and pushiness is a huge turn-off to women. I was very grateful for Allen's respect and fair prices. Should I need a vehicle again, I wouldn't hesitate to return to One Stop Auto Mall and do business with Allen (or his brother, Mike). Both were wonderful people.
