2024 Ford Transit

I own a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus and had to have service on my vehicle. The service manager Ben Ludwig set up everything for my vehicle including a loaner and kept me informed step by step on everything that was needed and what was to be done. I have never been one to deal with dealerships and service because of past experiences but Apple Lincoln (Service) has been a pleasure to deal with. This has been my first Lincoln and will definitely not be my last. I hope the services Lincoln provides never changes and if that happens I will be a customer for life. Thanks Ben!

Apple Lincoln in Columbia Maryland Serviced our SUV with absolute care and assurance that the vehicle parts would work after the problem was solved. Manager, Ben Ludwig, diagnosed the problem using the proper equipment, assembled parts accordingly, and restored use of the vehicle within a short period of time. He also provided a list of additional repairs necessary to restore the entire vehicle to complete use. Excellent Service.

I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service Yasemin from Quick Lane Service Department provided today! 10/13/23 Every service tech I've dealt with there has been very good, but she is EXCELLENT: Quick, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She went above and beyond while helping me understand my faulty lug nuts and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
