2023 Ford Transit

Skeptical at first but very happy we found Shawn! My husband and I were looking for a Ram Promaster for a van conversion. I saw a posting on FB Marketplace for one that looked like a great deal. I set up an appointment to see it the next day. When Shawn sent me the address, I looked it up and saw it was an apartment complex. Being that this was FB Marketplace, I wanted to make sure this wasn’t a scam. I researched Shawn’s dealership and saw they were licensed with the state and that he had many 5 star reviews so we decided to take the chance and go see it. When we got to the apartment complex, Shawn met us outside. He was super friendly and told us all about his experience working as a car salesman at dealerships. He got tired of having to push a bunch of dealer extras so he decided to go into business for himself. He finds his cars at auction, gets them fully checked out and prices them very competitively. Since he doesn’t have to pay rent on a dealership and lot, he’s able to pass the savings on to his customers. We decided to purchase the Promaster after seeing it and coordinated picking it up the following week. Shawn kept in communication with us during this time and had the van detailed before we picked it up. He also had the paperwork waiting for us to complete when we got there, which was super easy and only took a few minutes to complete. I told him I was going to take it to my mechanic to get checked out, which Shawn had no issues with. We got the keys and were on our way! Our Promaster got a clean bill of health yesterday from our trusted mechanic. He even said “you got yourself a good van”. This was the most painless car buying experience we’ve been through. I was looking for a long time until I luckily found Sean at Nex Gen Auto sales. He without a doubt is different from other dealers. He isn't trying to give you the run around. Honest salesperson which is very hard to find. He was accommodating and great. Came from SF to LA and drove the truck back with not a single problem. If I could give him 10 stars I would have! We are so delighted with our Ram Promaster 159" and so excited to build it out for great adventures to come. Sean communicated with us so well, he was patient with us, and helped us buy the van we really wanted at an amazing price! I've always had a hard time with car salesmen and their selling tactics, but Sean was different. I felt like he was on our team and a partner with us in our purchase. Sean was personal, knowledgeable and helpful. He doesn't do anything that feels like he's pulling your leg, or hitting you with hidden cost. He was very helpful and even found the best extended warranty plan for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.
