Tarna is an absolute dream. My parts were on back order for a while and she was sure to check on them when ever I called. As soon as they came in she scheduled the appointment right away. Michael D. did the repairs on my car and so far so good. I couldn't ask for a better repair team.

So... I've bought about 6 brand new cars in my life and the customer service hasn't been that good... I bought a car today from Dothan Volkswagen and omg the employees were out of this world phenomenal! I dealt mainly with 3 people, Alber Hagler, CJ Lodahl and Jacob Milanowshi. They were so incredible. They didn't try and scam me out of money and they were so respectful. 5 stars hands down. Thank you guys!!! I will absolutely refer this dealship to everyone!
