2011 Ford E-Series E-350 Super Duty Extended

I cannot praise or recommend Knapp high enough! Buying a used car always feels risky today - the price, unknown history, potential scammers. After two months of dealing with Facebook duds, I decided to go with reputable businesses for a reliable first car within our kid's budget. From beginning to end, Elijah was there to answer questions and offer suggestions. No pushiness or pressure, just support. The 15 year old Mazda we eventually chose through Knapp had great service records and (essentially) one-person owner, on top of their own servicing. ...but the dreaded engine light still came on two days after purchase - she is old, after all. It happens. Knapp didn't leave us in the cold when it did. Elijah was responsive to our concern, despite being after the sale. We were able to bring it in, and he ran the code and had it solved within an hour of the first message. Even walked us through what it was and how we can fix it cheaply if the next (old) coil becomes faulty. Amazing, Elijah and Cory truly try to make the process successful and easy. We will not hesitate to return when the next kid is ready for college and buying their car! Highly recommend!

I usually tend to buy cars from private sellers and not dealerships. I always felt like I was being pressured to buy a vehicle by sales guys. BUT.. in this case, the owner and staff treated me like a friend. I test drove a F150 that I found for sale online. It was 100% spot on and exactly what I was looking for. I had an awesome experience. I highly recommend this place!!!!

Bought a Jeep Commander from Cory and his team! Great bunch of guys. They let me test drive the vehicle by myself. I had a few concerns, they addressed and fixed them right there on the spot. They were very honest and transparent about the vehicle. Surprisingly, great service! Better than most major dealerships. Would suggest them to family and friends. Great job guys! Thank you again..
