I bought a car last weekend from Theron at Hallmark Motors. I was impressed by their professional service and friendliness. Hallmark Motors is a great example of what a used car dealership should be. Theron and his associate made the process simple and easy, and met all of my expectations! I felt like I was buying a car from an old friend. When I asked questions about the history of the car they were very upfront and honest about everything they knew. I found the car posted online and flew in from Tucson AZ! I put a lot of faith in Theron and Hallmark Motors that the car would still be there, in good condition when I arrived. To my surprise they offered to pick me up from the airport! I cannot speak to the value of their other cars but mine in particular was priced very fairly, reasonably, and realistically given current market conditions. They were very accommodating and dropped off the car beforehand for a pre-purchase inspection at Boise Foreign Auto just up the street (at my request and payment). That was very nice of them. They were even willing to negotiate a little with me despite my situation and the current demand for used vehicles. I would gladly purchase from Theron at Hallmark Motors in the future. They were kind enough to give me directions and advice for my drive back home to Tucson. So far so good, the car runs and drives as advertised!
I have known these gentleman for a few years now and they have always been nice and respectful to me. I highly recommend that if you need a decent running car that these guys won't let you down.
I just bought a car this weekend from Theron. I've been shopping around for the past 6 months looking for the right car. I was really excited to find what I was looking for at Hallmark. Theron made it an extremely easy process. He clearly communicated throughout the process, and was very fair in all aspects of the deal. I am inherently skeptical of used car sales people, but Theron proved to be honorable at every turn. I got a VERY hard to find Lexus GX470 with extremely now miles at 108k miles and very good shape! I've only had it for a couple days- but so far it is great and I am very happy with my service at Hallmark. I'd highly recommend this Dealer, and will update my experience as it develops! 6/30/21- A year later the Lexus has been awesome. I'm thrilled with how it drives and performs. It is a Toyota after all.
