My wife & I found a used Chevrolet 3500 Dooley truck on the web site. We rode over on Sunday afternoon and looked at it on the lot. I did a quick chat online with their IT person and they said they would contact me Monday morning. They did better than that the salesman Bill Gute shot me a quick email and would talk further on Monday. Long story short we test drove the truck and walked out happy campers with beloved new(used) truck. I have been looking for a small truck for 6 months. I have delt with rude and arrogant sales reps, over priced vehicles and low ball pricing on my trade. I explained to Herman what I wanted for my trade and he made it happen. I was at work in Panama City Beach and he was willing to stay past hours to give me the 3 hrs to get there. The truck was ready to go, I took a short test drive, signed paperwork and headed back home. Bill and Herman made sure every step of the buying process went smooth. Ordered a 2024 F150 Tremor with Chris Carroll over the phone after visiting Riverbend Ford on a Saturday during the Bainbridge Blues Fest. How easy was that! Great deal over the phone and Chris was so knowledgeable. He kept me posted during the build and shipping process. It became obvious that he was as excited for the truck to arrive as I was. Got to meet Chris when I picked up my prize. He and the staff made me feel like family. Riverbend Ford was just as impressive as the Tremor!
