Attentive, friendly, and helpful employees got us in and out much quicker than expected! We’d never used it until today, but the express lane is the way to go for simple fixes. The entire look over plus fluid top-off ended up being free, plus the overall experience was pleasant, efficient, and thorough. My boyfriend and I went to Stanley to get a new vehicle after having a terrible experience at a different dealership. We were worried that due to our limited credit history that we wouldn’t get approved for anything, but once Bill spoke to the GM Kevin, Kevin picked us out the perfect vehicle for us before even meeting us. He then came out and introduced himself and was able to get us approved for the perfect vehicle to start a family. Everyone at Stanley was friendly, helpful, and welcoming; it was the best experience I have had while buying a vehicle.
