What an incredible car shopping experience! Absolutely zero pressure. Cailey was our person. She was very knowledgeable of the products and understood we were shopping around for what we wanted in a car. Her professionalism is what brought us back, but don’t get me wrong my Atlas Peak Edition is EVERYTHING I wanted in a vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with our experience or vehicle, it truly made a dream come true.

I want to preface this by saying that I almost never write reviews but here goes… Cam was THE determining factor on why we purchased a vehicle from Family VW. We had shopped around at various dealerships in Shreveport and Bossier - none of the sales reps were like Cam. Other reps (at other dealerships) seemed uninterested in making a sale, or they would trash talk other cars/car makes we were considering. Cam immediately set himself apart by asking what our family’s needs were in a car. He listened. I mean truly listened. He made so many recommendations. He was very knowledgeable about everything on the lot. Explained key differences in various models and trims. Very down to earth about what would be the best fit for our needs, instead of trying to unnecessarily upsell. Just an all around honest man. He wasn’t pushy to make the sale then and there, instead he respected our decision to come back a week later when we were ready. When we returned, he gave us his undivided attention and together we made the sale happen along with our trade-in. I would most assuredly buy another vehicle from Cam in the future.
