2025 Ford Ranger Raptor 4x4 SuperCrew 5' Box

Back in March we bought a used 2016 Tahoe. They had just picked it up and wanted to move it fast. We had been looking for something for a couple months, closer to the 18-20k range. We were actually in town for a photoshoot and had some time to kill so we stopped to browse. The salesman was nice and patient with us. He was prepared to negotiate but since it was already priced to sell a few thousand below anyone else's price on that year, make, model and mileage there wasn't much room to lower the price. We took half the day to think about it before we pulled the trigger. They urged us to purchase an extended warranty and promised a smooth transaction if we ever needed to use it. A couple weeks ago the transmission started having issues. They told us to bring it right in. We dropped it off last Tuesday night and picked it up this morning with a brand new transmission in it. No hassle, no question, no problems just like they promised and it didn't even take a week. Plus they washed it ????????. I am NOT a Ford girl (that's why we bought a Chevy) but I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this lot. Fair. Honest. Easy to work with and they kept their word plus went above and beyond what was required. I rarely leave a review unless it feels important but this deserved a review.????

I had a vehicle emergency near here that I had to fix on the side of the road. I called them and they gave great advice where other dealers were giving misinformation or guessing. They also willingly came out and looked it over when I got it fixed and was able to drive to them. Great help and I'll now keep them in consideration for my next purchase though they're out of my way. Great service is worth a drive.
