Kenny was the main person I dealt with, and he was exceptional. He kept me informed throughout the repair process and was always available to answer any questions I had. The service department here was phenomenal to us, and I can not say enough good things about them. We're not local, and not regular customers, and were just driving through on Sunday while towing our RV when our F-350 started acting up. A flatbed dropped the truck off on Sunday afternoon, and I left the key in the early drop off box. They called me at 7:00 am on Monday, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed by 1:00pm. All for a reasonable price. Well done; this was fantastic service for a Ford owner they'd never seen before and may not see again since I'm only passing through. If I was from around here, I know where I'd be bringing my truck in to.
