Probably the best experience I've ever had at a dealership purchasing a new car. Arrived Saturday was greeted by Mike Higgins. He worked with me and was great at showing all the options and listening to what I was needing the car for. We looked at deals on 2 different cars went with an Equinox Lease and my wife loves it and it will be perfect For her and our baby boy. Worked a great deal on my trade in and purchase, couldn't have asked for a better team to do business with. Excellent communication. Richie in Financing was excellent too, really knows his stuff. They go above and beyond. Thanks guys. Came back a month later, this morning to purchase an F-150 from the Pre-Owned building. Really Clean truck at a good price. Troy Scott did such a good job Communicating to me pictures and videos of the truck after I reached out Expressing what kind of vehicle I was looking for. When I called and Kristi answered my phone call, she was very professional and told me when she could get my truck looked at. I was happy with the day that she gave me. And the service advisor that she directed me too. She was very helpful. And Billy was very helpful as well too, Billy was on it about letting me know what was going on with my truck. I was very shock on that cause I have been to other Chevy dealers and most the time they never called me back to update me about my truck, and just leave me in the dark. I started my journey of purchasing a new car back at the end of september! I knew exactly what i wanted and William helped me get my car ordered and get the process started for me.
