Everyone at Duval Honda are very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. My sales person David Vergara went above and beyond. He assisted me in my first long distance round trip journey from Florida to Maryland in my new electric car. He was available at any hour. Even as late as 10:30 pm one evening. Quick pleasant experience. Jay picked up the ball from David. Ran it hard and scored a touchdown. We saw the car one evening and came to close the deal the next morning. Jay noticed some small details and advocated on our behalf. Lionel the finance guy came with the iPad and it was click next click next, have a great day enjoy your purchase. So efficient and fluid. Great experience and an honest and upfront salesperson dealing with Jay. We met David later and he was equally pleasant.

Duval Honda is amazing! I blew a tire traveling to Jax in my Civic Si Coupe. Someone stayed after 9pm to let the tow truck driver in so she could be stored safely behind the gates. The next morning Dustin called to verify I wanted 1 tire. I decided after dropping her she was due for all 4 so I asked if he could do that. He was able to get 4 and my car was ready right on time! When I picked her up I realized they washed her. They do NOT do that at my regular dealer in Charleston. They had noted a few things that were coming due for her mileage. All quotes were lower than my normal dealer. Wish you guys were in Charleston! Thank you for the quick and amazing service!

This is my second vehicle bought at Duval Honda. First one 2018 Honda Ridgeline and still have it, 2 nd one Honda Civic Type R. Great sales person, the attention given to their customers is great. Will continue to buy here my next vehicle
