I was greeted by Braxton as soon as I walked on the lot. He ask me a few questions and was able to immediately point me to the right vehicle. He was knowledgeable and quick to teach with great patience. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Patrick. Was able to quickly run the numbers and get me a price that worked for me. After a short time of making a decision, I decided to purchase a vehicle and met with Sergio. Sergio was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had about my extended warranty and service plan. He introduced me to Randy one of the service advisors. He was able to answer a few of my questions about the service department and insured me that I would be taken care of. This is the first time I've ever purchased a Ford, and if this is the type of standard that the sales with the service department is held to. I will be buying a Ford for the rest of my life.

I’m very happy with the service I received and the way I was treated during the sales and finance process. They did not pressure me in anyway and were very accommodating. I bought exactly what I wanted at a great price. I mostly worked with Will in sales and Linda in finance. I highly recommend this place!

The team at Cavender was great to work with. They did a great job of explaining all the features of our truck and pricing options. They even helped us entertain our young kids during the buying process. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase and experience with them.

Brian in the service center is truly AWESOME! He was quick to let us know the problems with the vehicle with photos to make sure we truly understood what was going on and was so prompt in keeping us up to date on the status of the repairs. He was wonderfully kind, helpful and considerate! He was even able to secure a last minute loaner for us - a huge need for our busy family. Thank you Brian and team!
