I always receive great service from Ritchey Automotives. Yesterday was no exception. The whole staff is excellent from the receptionist at the front entrance to the service department staff. However, Nick was exceptional. He went above and beyond to explain to me what was going on with my car ( in terms that I could understand ). I would like to thank Nick and the entire staff for awesome customer service!!!

Austin was an amazing salesperson and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. The entire environment at Ritchey Automotive is very welcoming. The managers Chad and John even came out to introduce themselves and make sure I had everything I need. I recently bought my 2018 GMC Yukon Denali from Gus Cabrera here at Ritchey Automotive. It was probably the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Everything went so smooth and they were not pushy at all. Go see Gus and he will get you into the right vehicle without all of the pushy sales gimmicks. Would go to him again.
