Big Valley has the best parts department of any Ford dealership anywhere in da UP or northern Wisconsin. Anytime I need Ford parts I call George and he gets me the exact parts I need. I just bought a 2002 F250 that needs some parts and George was kind enough to send me a build sheet on the truck which has every spec I need to know. That's the kind of service that makes it worth whatever it costs. I'm all about fixing it right the first time and I know I can count on George at Big Valley to get me exactly what I need in the shortest time possible.
