Thomas is an amazing associate. He did in 5 minutes what 3 different mechanics and 5 thousand dollars did to help me to fix my engine. Thomas’ ford engine expertise is absolutely exceptional. He is a true Ford man! He is for the people. His customer service and next level knowledge guided me to doing a full on engine replacement. Instead of continuing my path of spending thousands on costly band-aide repairs that the 3 previous mechanics had me doing. Thomas is absolutely about the customer!
