Awesome Dealership! Very friendly! I just picked up my Ford Explorer that needed air conditioning repair From them! I called these guys, spoke to Brandon. He got me in right away and was awesome with always keeping me up-to-date and what was going on with my truck. Had my truck for a couple of weeks, computers went down, but Brandon called me and said you’re Explorer is ready so come get it we’re not gonna have you wait until the computers get fixed and have you without your truck that long. So definitely awesome customer service I highly recommend them! Thank you guys so much again for your help!

We purchased a truck from Austin at Dean Arbor in West Branch. It was a super smooth and easy purchase. Saw the truck, did all the paperwork from home and had the truck delivered to us two hours north of the dealership.
