2013 Ford F-150

We had a wonderful experience at Right Wheels! Sam was great! I sent my son the link of the truck I saw and he was already hooked! So I called and spoke with Sam,l about the truck. We live 1.5 hours away so I didn’t want to drive that far and spend all day at dealership and end up emptied handed. We handled most of everything over the phone! He had us approved for the truck before we made the trip there! Everything was good to go depending what my husband thought about the truck!! We arrived right at 11am and what on our way home by 2, and that’s including the time my husband took inspecting the truck and taking it for a test drive ! All was well with him so it was a GO, and my son couldn’t be happier! I’ve have bought many vehicles in my days, and they have never been as easy as Sam made it to be! He has even reached out since then to make sure everything was still good and make sure my son was still happy! Oh boy is he?!?? I’ve seen much of him since then. ????

Greatly appreciate the time invested in helping me buy this truck. Very helpful on how to finance and where to finance. No riffraff at all. Very down to earth business to help others as well. I love the fact that I got a great truck from a great person. I plan to send other people his way as well because the business was great, and he was definitely patient with the buying process as I had a few different options. Highly recommend others to buy cars or trucks like I did from him.

This seller has better quality vehicles than others I visited. Went to several sellers looking for a used truck. They all had rust buckets from up north. They tried to hide the rust by painting over it. Always check the underside of a vehicle. Found a truck I was satisfied with and purchased it. I did not really like the wheels it had and he switched them for me after the sale. Also had to contact him for minor items after the sale. On both occasions he got back to me promptly. This is going to be my go to dealer for any future purchases. Excellent customer service even after the sale.
