2019 Ford F-150 Raptor 4x4 SuperCrew 5-1/2 Box

I was in the market for a unique truck and came across Rocky Mountain through Autotrader. My oldest son was taking my truck to college, so I was upgrading and had been looking nationwide for the right truck. I texted them when the dealership opened on a Friday morning and was instantly connected with Charles and Grant. I had been burned in the past purchasing online from another state, so I was very hesitant and asked a lot of questions. They sent about 20 different videos and pictures in addition to what was on their website. I spoke live with both of them and asked a ton of questions. They were very low pressure and were very upfront about everything so I agreed to put a deposit down to save the truck. They offered delivery but I opted to fly down with my youngest son and see it in person. I was very nervous on the plane ride down but as soon as the uber pulled up to the dealership it was worth it. Grant greeted me first and offered water, coffee, and restrooms. He was out front sending videos to another customer. Then I met Charles and he had the truck all ready for a test drive and told us to take as much time as we needed to check it out. I'm very picky about my trucks but this was even better in person than in pictures and video. I figured they had oversold it to me on the phone but they actually under sold it. We drove it for a while then went back to do all the paperwork. I brought my own financing so the whole process took about 5 minutes with Charles and was very easy. While he put the tag on the truck Grant helped up with some Rocky Mountain swag: stickers and shirts. We left there to go get some BBQ that the guys had recommended before getting back on the road to Kansas. We drove the truck around Austin then 8 hours back home and it performed flawlessly. I am not in the market for another vehicle right now, but I would not hesitate to do the same thing again for our next vehicle. Their inventory is massive, but their office setup is so much better than a big dealership, it's more intimate and inviting. The way they set it up is so much better than going to the big guys. Thanks again for the hospitality guys, my son will remember this for a long time.

Great service from these guys. Walked away with the truck I wanted. Very happy with my purchase and these guys definitely make you feel at home. Highly recommend this location or the Dallas location. I live in Dallas but wanted a truck from the Austin location. Didn’t disappoint.
