Wanted to write a review of my experience and shout out to the amazing group of people who helped along the way! First off Deidre! Deidre was an amazing representative not only for the Dealership, but for Customer Service! She had great communication, always greeted with a smile, explained the whole process from start to finish. Was a quick experience in and out of the dealership! Also sent videos of the vehicle I was interested in before heading to the dealership! I will definitely come back!! Simply put I will now bring all of our vehicles here for service. The air conditioner needed repair and Schomp got the diagnostic done and returned to us in the same day. Few days later the part was in and they repaired it the same day and we had it back that afternoon. Other local Ford dealers told me on the phone that I would have to drop off the car and they wouldn't be able to diagnose it for at least four days. Yet they wouldn't let me bring in the car, even the night before they knew they could get it on the rack. Essentially they want the car for four days. Schomp diagnosed it and returned it to us in one day. Great prices, great staff and I strongly recommend this dealership!
