Kara and her team have earned my business.. I had such a horrible service dept experience but due to a convenience factor I tried again explaining my hesitation.. After that visit and I think about 6 others I can honestly say she’s a saving grace for both the company and for me.. I’ve talked to a few technicians as well and I now tow my fleet hundreds of miles for them to get their hands on them.
