2025 Ford F-150 Lariat 4x4 SuperCrew 5-1/2 Box

I found the experience at Gresham Ford Quick Lube fast an efficient. The check in process was quick and they told me it would be 1 1/2 hours to complete, i got a call within that time. i also took another vehicle in mid day and they were able to get it done by end of day. (actually got it done sooner but I was not able to pick up until end of day!)

First want to thank David Miller and Lota Berard for nearly a month of back and forth question answering. It helped a lot. Thank you for your kind answers and not showing you were tired of my questions. Then Nancy and Donovan with the actual purchase of a vehicle. They were very friendly and not pushy as some car salesman can be at times. A very pleasant experience. I decided to go with a Ford Escape PHEV. Slight hiccup when first got into it but since then it has been great and am highly satisfied. I plan on returning to Greasham Ford when the tech of F150 lightning reaches the point I am happy with and able to afford. (Maybe in five years we will see a F250/350 EV with great towing ability). The staff at Gresham Ford were the best team i've ever worked with in purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I were browsing for a 2024 Bronco Sport when by chance we found the Bronco we were looking for. Without an appointment, we walked into the showroom and were greeted by Donovan, who is a sales representative. He was into his lunch break, but without hesitation got up and introduced himself. We told him we were interested in the Bronco Sport sitting outside and he jumped into action. He produced the keys so we could check out the Bronco. We knew it was the one and I wanted to proceed with the purchase. No pressure at all. We haggled a bit on the price of the Bronco and my trade in. We both agreed on the price for both and drove away in the car wanted knowing we got the best deal. Dave, the manager was also very agreeable and pleasant. What we came away with from our experience at Gresham Ford was a stress free environment and working with a pleasant and professional staff. The next day after we purchased the Bronco, we returned to purchase the Ford extended warranty (they didn't push it!) Thanks to Damon who informed me that I could receive a refund for the unused portion of the warranty from the car we traded. I am getting the refund, not much, but I would not have received anything if not for the information given to me by Damon. I recommend Gresham Ford for your best deals. Ask for Donovan!!
