From the very beginning, my fiancé was in communication with the staff, before we even stepped foot on the lot, and they were nothing but kind, helpful, and responsive. When we finally came to see the truck in person, the whole team made us feel incredibly welcome. The customer service was truly top-notch. They even helped entertain our toddler so his dad could focus on the test drive —- something any parent can deeply appreciate! Despite having a long and busy day, they stayed late just to make sure we could drive off the lot with the truck we really wanted. It honestly felt like they made magic happen.
