2011 Ford Ranger

Purchased a 2023 Ford Lighting and Will Oliver was my salesman. We handled everything via text and I went in the next day to pick up the vehicle. Carrie O'Connell stepped in to help with paperwork and did a great job. Ty also did a good job on the financing end. I had an issue 10 days after purchase and I called Will and he was happy to take my call and jumped right in to resolve it successfully. Overall, super happy with Preston Ford, its people and my experience there.

I have been shopping for over a month, both online and in person. Preston is by far the best Ford dealership I have dealt with hands down. I purchased and 2023 F-150 today from the main location in Hurlock MD. I had few specific option requirements and Preston was one of the few Dealerships to have a massive inventory that had the specs I wanted. I took a drive and was met at the door by Ivan A. Taylor, and he worked with me and got the deal done without any games and honest conversation, which I really appreciate. Ivan and the manager Melvyn worked with me quickly and we reached a mutual deal with ease. I highly recommend Preston; they have an abundance of inventory that allows them to offer some of the most competitive deals on the East Coast. Trust me, I shop when I shop, this place can deliver. They will work with you within reason of course and treat you like family, which isn’t the case at a few dealerships that I visited. If I am shopping for any make that Preston sells in the future, which is mostly all of them, this place will be my first stop.

My experience with Preston Ford was absolutely fantastic. I met the most energetic salesman Aaron Mollock. He went above and beyond to find me a vehicle within my price range...He loves a challenge, and my credit was challenged ????. I loved the atmosphere at Preston Ford. Everyone that was involved came out to introduce themselves.The Finance Manager's spirit was so peaceful. She was very thorough. I just can't express how welcomed they made us feel.
