If you’re in need for a new vehicle or service this is the place to go. We were on a trip for memorial weekend and got some bad fuel that took our our entire fuel system in our F-450 Limited. These guys made sure to look at it as soon as we had the truck towed in and let us know about the failures the truck had. We were able to schedule a ride to get our camper home, the diesel tech Tristan is beyond incredible. This guy kept me in the loop the entire process, dealt with our insurance company and made sure the truck was perfect for the trip back home. My wife and I can’t thank you guys enough, our experience was very stressful and these guys made it light work. They even delivered our truck to the airport so we can land and head right home. We had a great experience with Tory and the rest of the team at the Don Hattan Augusta location. I had looked at several dealerships around town. I wound up buying a new Ford truck from Don Hattan near Augusta. Austin was my salesman and over a 3 day period worked with me to find the best truck for me. No pressure, took a few test drives to get a feel for the 3.5 twin turbo eco boost and the 5.0 which I had last driven for over 330K miles. Austin was friendly and willing to be patient for me to make my decision. The entire team did an excellent job. I have purchased new from the other major dealerships in the Wichita area and by far, Austin at the Don Hattan Ford dealership has been my best experience. I would highly recommend them and when you do, give Austin a shout. He’ll work to find you your best vehicle, not just try to sell you one he thinks you should get
