2019 Ford F-150 XL Regular Cab 6-1/2 Box

Purchased our second business vehicle from this company and the service was great. The day we purchased was a rainy day so we didn’t inspect the vehicle as thoroughly as we should or could have. After we bought the vehicle home we noticed there was a hole in the floor, which had better covering in (the paper that’s put down after a car is detailed with the feet placements on it), and the handle in the upper driver door was broken. These things I feel should have been said to us upon purchasing because I’m sure they know of these issues. The brakes also needed replacing, so did the rotor and they were rusted. Cost us an additional 1300.00 bringing it to Ford to have this done, literally a week after we purchased this vehicle. Other than that the vehicle drives really well and I would possibly purchase from them again but we’ll be sure to do proper due diligence.
